Shopping terms

When ordering over the Internet, an agreement to purchase is entered into when you press "Submit order" at checkout. You are then sent a preliminary order confirmation via e-mail (if you have provided the correct e-mail address). You can then check what you have ordered from us. If anything has gone wrong or you want to change anything, contact us via e-mail or telephone.

The prices stated in our webshop are plus VAT and always up-to-date. Dignita reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Should a price increase after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to delivery. You are then entitled to withdraw from the purchase. Neither price reductions or price increases displayed in our webshop affect orders that have already left our warehouse.

If your order is ready for delivery, it is sent as soon as possible after we have received it in our system. All our products are sent via Posten and are insured with a tracking number.
ID documentation when collecting parcel
Documentation of ID must always be produced when collecting parcels from our service centre.

Payment terms are normally 10 days net unless agreed otherwise or expressly requested by the customer. Payment terms for national, municipal, county or other public sector organisations are 30 days net. Retention of title
All goods ordered are the property of the supplier (Dignita) until full payment has been received. Dignita does not enter into agreements with minors without the approval of a parent or guardian.

Dignita provides a warranty for all products which covers all customers, whether private individuals and businesses.

The warranty period is 36 months, provided that calibration is also performed by us every 12 months at the latest; see below. Where the customer claims under the warranty and the workshop determines that the fault is due to external damage and is not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs.
The sensor/fuel cell is not covered by the warranty.

Dignita is not responsible for damage to any property other than the supplied product. In addition, Dignita is not responsible for damage caused by a third party due to a faulty product or other indirect damages and consequences.

Dignita undertakes to send out a postage-paid return envelope every 12 months to all customers who have bought a breathalyser containing a fuel cell.
The return envelope shall be used by the customer to send the purchased breathalyser to Dignita for service/calibration, which must be performed by Dignita every 12 months in order for the warranty to be valid.
When the return envelope is returned to Dignita, the customer is invoiced for service/calibration according to the relevant price list.

Private individuals have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase from the date on which they receive the product. The product must then be in an essentially unchanged condition (seal must not be broken and the product must not be used).

If a customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase of a product, he/she must first contact us for a return number. The customer is then responsible for paying return postage and ensuring that the item is returned to Dignita undamaged. You should therefore ensure that the product is well packaged. Should anything happen to the product despite it being packaged in a satisfactory manner, Posten is responsible for compensation. Please note that the return process is not approved until we have checked the product. If the return process is approved, the funds are paid back into the customer's account within 14 days. If the return process is not approved, the product is returned and postage is debited.

The return form can be found here: return form

Any faults in deliveries shall be reported to Dignita. We recommend that you contact us via telephone: +46 (0)90-12 94 00 or via e-mail:

Parcels that are ordered but not paid for are debited with full postage and return postage, at least SEK 400 exclusive of VAT. In the case of special orders, the full value as well as postage and return postage is debited.
